The PAUSE Circle is a private community designed for professional women – executives, leaders, entrepreneurs and working mothers in France – who are looking for a structured space to release mental load and regain clarity.
This is not a course.
This is not a networking group.
This is not a social club.
It is a confidential, thoughtfully structured circle for women who carry a lot – professionally and personally – and who need a space of their own.
And sometimes, simply to say:

What does membership include?
The PAUSE Circle forms the foundation of the community.
Your membership includes:
- A private and confidential WhatsApp group
- One live online group session each month
- Four themed in-person lunches per year in the Paris / Île-de-France area
These regular gatherings create a consistent space for professional women and entrepreneurs to share, reflect and build meaningful connections with others who carry similar levels of responsibility.
In addition, members benefit from:
- One expert-led session per quarter (breathwork, time management, mental clarity, women’s leadership…)
- Access to a replay library
- Priority access to PAUSE day events, weekend retreats and week-long experiences across France

Founding Member Phase
During the founding phase (first 6 months), membership is exceptionally offered to the first 30 selected founding members.
This period will allow us to:
- Co-create and refine the framework together
- Launch a first pilot PAUSE day event
- Test a weekend PAUSE retreat
- Build an engaged and active professional women’s community
At the end of this phase, the Circle will gradually evolve into a paid membership space, allowing us to sustain the quality of the environment, the regular gatherings, and the expert contributions offered within the community.
Founding members will naturally retain a special status and preferential conditions.
The PAUSE Circle will grow intentionally – without losing its human scale.

Who is the PAUSE Circle for?
The Circle is designed for professional women – executives, business leaders, entrepreneurs and working mothers – who want to join a confidential community to ease mental load and reconnect with clarity.
Do I need to be based in Paris?
No. Monthly sessions are held online and accessible anywhere in France (and beyond). In-person gatherings currently take place in the Paris / Île-de-France region, with plans to expand to other regions over time.
Is participation mandatory?
No. Attendance at sessions and events is always optional. You participate when it supports you.
Why is there a membership fee?
The membership fee ensures the quality of the structure, the confidentiality of the space, and consistent facilitation. It also allows us to invite external experts on relevant topics throughout the year.
